Understanding our policies regarding cancellations and refunds.
Nair Aikya Vedi Confederation (NAVC) strives to ensure complete satisfaction for all our members and service users. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
1. Membership Cancellations Memberships are generally non-refundable once processed. However, if an error was made during the transaction process, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction for a review.
2. Event Registrations For paid events, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event start time to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will not be refunded.
3. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
4. Disputed Charges If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us immediately before disputing the charge with your bank. We are happy to resolve billing issues directly and promptly.
